The 9th Excellent Project Technology Exchange Meeting of The Science and Technology Award of The Civil Engineering and Architectural Society of Guangdong was held in Guangzhou on August 20, 2021. The general manager of our company,Lei Deyi, was invited to attend the meeting. The award-winning projects of the 9th Science and Technology Award of The Civil Engineering and Architectural Society of Guangdong in 2021 were advertised at the meeting, and our project of The Design and Application of Automatic Pipe Pile Intelligent Production Line won the second prize.

The award has great profound significance in fully mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of scientific and technological workers and promoting the development of scientific and technological achievements in the field of civil construction.

 Automatic Pipe Pile Intelligent Production Line consists of Automatic End Plate Processing Line, Automatic All-in-one Equipment of Skirt Plate, Automatic Reinforcing Cage Loading System, Automatic Head and Tail Board Installing/Removing System, Automatic Feeding Machine, Automatic Pipe Die Closing/Detaching Machine, Automatic Tensioning/Loosing Machine, Automatic Pipe Die Cleaning Machine etc. Each equipment can identify different types of pipe pile, automatically adjust the corresponding position and technical parameters, and independently complete the processing requirements.

The whole line can be configured as a whole or selected as a part.  It can be customized according to the actual needs of customers. It integrates the latest elements of modern industry such as PLC, sensor and servo drive, which can realize high efficiency, accuracy and real-time monitoring and so on.
